Inspired by… the darkness deep in the Washington Hoh Rain Forest. The trees, dripping with moss, were so thick the sun was blocked out.

Hiking through the Hoh Rain Forest at Olympia Nation Park the trees and moss were the highlights. The spruce and hemlock can grow up to 300′ tall and are heavily laden with moss and ferns. The park gets over 14′ of rain per year creating a lush and beautiful landscape.
