An Afternoon Snack, was selected as a Flat Out Under Pressure (FOUP) award winner for 2020. Flat Out Under Pressure (FOUP) is a 24-hour artmaking event culminating with eight juror-selected, winning artists from the 120 entrants. These eight winning works are professionally recreated on the front and back of the eight sponsored recycling bins in downtown Greenville for one calendar year.

More FOUP images and information can be found here. The 2020 FOUP Juror was Tom Stanley, a visual artist living in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Mr. Stanley retired as chair of Winthrop University’s Department of Fine Arts in 2017.
